主要职责：

1. 与公司管理层制定年度销售目标和利润目标，制订营运计划，采取有效措施完成销售和利润目标。
2、制定并完善营运操作流程及制度。完善营运策略，流程程序和监控机制，并全面负责上述流程的规范化运作并建立培训体系，将营运操作流程及制度在全国各家门店加以培训推广；
3、运用专业的零售知识，建立并制定提升单店营业额的系统性的方法。指导、带领营运零售团队通过的系统性的方法来实现营运目标；
4、负责品牌在全国区域的自营店、加盟商的市场拓展；
5、关注外部市场变化，积极采取应对策略；
6、保持店铺高标准营运标准及高标准的顾客服务水平，努力提高生产力；
7、建立店铺及区域的利润中心制，做好成本控制，获得最大的营业利润；
8.、招揽及培养精锐人才，致力为公司培训精英份子(包括：店员、店长、区长)，为不断扩张及增加的店铺储备足够人才；
9、以企业目标与价值观为导向，创造良好的企业文化，培训与发展员工；
10、保持良好的外部沟通联系关系。


专业技能和知识要求：

1、大学本科或以上学历，八年以上相关行业工作经验,三年以上团队管理经验；
2、熟悉国内男装市场及全国商圈商场，具前瞻性的销售战略策划能力；
3、熟悉现代管理模式，熟练运用各种激励措施；
4、具有优秀市场策划能力和运作能力，良好的口头及书面表达能力；
5、对于店铺运营有丰富的管理经验；
6、对人员、货品、卖场有很强的掌控能力，精通店铺运作、陈列、促销及销售控制；
7、优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、商场谈判能力；
8、在行业内有一定人脉关系；
9、具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力。
