职位描述
工作职责:
1. 全面负责上海公司的招聘工作,同时负责配合工厂(汕头)经理级及以上的招聘工作和整个公司的校园招聘的筹划和执行;
2. 依据公司的业务发展战略,配合HRD及业务部门的负责人,制定组织架构和人员招聘计划;
3. 统一和完善公司的招聘工具,并进行针对性的培训;
4. 分析公司的人才梯队建设,有效推荐员工职业生涯发展通道的执行和更新;
5. 员工离职分析,及时提出建设性的整改意见或方案;
6. 负责上海公司的日常人事业务:包括但不限于入职办理、劳动纠纷处理、员工投诉意见处理、员工活动和企业文化建设;
7. 给与工厂招聘团队业务上的支持和培训;
任职要求:
1. 大学本科及以上学历,管理类、营销类专业;
2. 3-5年人力资源招聘工作经验,3年及以上招聘主管或经理工作经验(有过猎头经验的优先考虑);
3. 经理级以上高层招聘经验丰富,优秀的业绩背景;
4. 有800人及以上公司工作经验不少于3年(同一家公司),有外资企业工作背景;
5. 对招聘测评工具熟练应用,最好有与咨询公司合作的经验;
6. 优秀的沟通表达能力,思路清楚;
7. 敢担当,做事认真、干练;
8. 踏实、稳重、外向;
9. 能适应出差,每个月一次(视情况而定);
