工作职责：
1. 全面负责上海公司的招聘工作，同时负责配合工厂（汕头）经理级及以上的招聘工作和整个公司的校园招聘的筹划和执行；
2. 依据公司的业务发展战略，配合HRD及业务部门的负责人，制定组织架构和人员招聘计划；
3. 统一和完善公司的招聘工具，并进行针对性的培训；
4. 分析公司的人才梯队建设，有效推荐员工职业生涯发展通道的执行和更新；
5. 员工离职分析，及时提出建设性的整改意见或方案；
6. 负责上海公司的日常人事业务：包括但不限于入职办理、劳动纠纷处理、员工投诉意见处理、员工活动和企业文化建设；
7. 给与工厂招聘团队业务上的支持和培训；
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，管理类、营销类专业；
2. 3-5年人力资源招聘工作经验，3年及以上招聘主管或经理工作经验（有过猎头经验的优先考虑）；
3. 经理级以上高层招聘经验丰富，优秀的业绩背景；
4. 有800人及以上公司工作经验不少于3年（同一家公司），有外资企业工作背景；
5. 对招聘测评工具熟练应用，最好有与咨询公司合作的经验；
6. 优秀的沟通表达能力，思路清楚；
7. 敢担当，做事认真、干练；
8. 踏实、稳重、外向；
9. 能适应出差，每个月一次（视情况而定）；
