职责：

1、 贯彻公司战略，协同部门经理完成公司各项建筑设计项目；

2、 与客户进行技术和商务交流，提高服务水平，以改进产品质量和服务质量；

3、 合理安排项目计划，解决概念阶段、扩初阶段、施工图设计阶段的工程技术问题；

4、 敬业负责，具良好的团队合作精神和分析问题、解决问题的能力。



任职资格：

1、 建筑学专业本科以上学历

2、 曾在大型甲级设计院或外资事务所担任过同类职位三年以上；

3、 具良好的手绘能力，擅长方案创新与设计管理协调；

4、 优秀的表达能力和良好的团队协作能力。
