应聘条件：
1.本科及以上学历，三年以上工作经验，其中猎头行业二年以上工作经验，具房地产、建筑设计、商业地产行业经验者优先；虽无猎头经验，但有较多中高级招聘经验的企业HR人员或是从事过电话销售、其它销售一线业务人员亦可。
2.优秀的沟通技巧，善于采取主动积极的措施搜寻信息；
3.具挑战精神，热爱猎头工作，并期待长期在猎头行业发展，能承受工作压力；
4.能够对候选人进行熟练的电话沟通和面试，得出对候选人的评估意见
5.熟练运用互联网及办公自动化；
6.能够熟练阅读英文简历并撰写邮件；
7.正直诚信，勤奋，良好的个人品质和职业操守。
主要职责：
-分析客户需求，进行准确定位；
-通过各种方法（人才库，网站，Cold Call等）完成候选人搜寻工作，达成个人业绩指标；
-对候选人进行面试评估甄选；
-跟进候选人到客户公司的面试，收集面试反馈信息；
-猎头客户的开发和服务沟通；
-对候选人进行职业规划辅导和提供咨询；
-整理猎取总结,总结和完善猎取方法；
-完成上级分配的工作任务与指标；
-跟进服务费收缴以保证客户按时付款；
-及时将客户信息、职位信息、候选人简历等资料整理载入公司猎头管理系统；
-进行猎头项目总结，分析得失，并向公司同事进行分享；
-收集公司所需的潜在候选人简历，归入公司管理系统；
-上级交办的其它工作。
