职责描述：
1. 公司产品的收集、筛选、优化、定型等设计整合工作；
2. 集团及区域产品线的整理、优化、更新及维护；
3. 区域产品库、设计数据平台的建设、优化及维护；
4. 区域产品的创新设计工作（包括规划、建筑、室内、景观、机电等）；
5. 区域内新项目的产品定义、实现（产品复制及产品创新）；
6. 全面增值服务的研究与实现（包括建筑、室内、机电及景观等方面的增值触点发掘和延展）；
7. 统筹产品分级及标准化的制订；
8. 新技术、新材料及新政策的研究与实践；
9. 区域产品战略的研究及相关专业培训。

职责要求：
1. 建筑学专业，硕士以上学历，过硬的专业背景；
2. 5-7年以上知名项目建筑设计经验，要求甲方经验和研发设计经验
3. 热衷于产品研发的专业工作；
4. 具有丰富的设计管理经验，对市场有较高的敏感度和客户导向；
5. 优秀的沟通、协调能力。
