Job description

Build up and continuously improve IT infrastructure outsourcing accounts' IT Infrastructure;

Review and improve IBM Su Zhou BlueCare Monitoring center performance, capacity;

Align with IBM global instruction deploy automation assets to IBM internal and commercial accounts;

Support severe incident trouble shooting and resolution;

Lead and motivate delivery team to learn and study leading edge technology such as Cloud and Mobility;

Actively participate IT Architect community activity;

Skill Requirement:

Must have 5+ years of experience with:

High Availability design and implementation;

Familiar with main SAN storage implementation and operation

Windows 2008 operating system support

Active Directory-enabled DNS

WSUS and/or Patch Link

Citrix Server

Tape library

VMware

Candidate must possess the following

Excellent written/verbal in English

Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical ability

Solid project management skills

Excellent customer communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work for self and/or small team independently

Ability to resolve complex problems seeking guidance when necessary

Certification / Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college
