Job description

- Lead and actively get involve technical transition and transformation;

- Lead delivery team to gain and master strategic trending technology such as Cloud, Security and Mobility;

- Lead server and storage service line from technological perspective;

- Participate severe incident(Sev1 or Crisit) trouble shooting;

- Deploy and roll out IBM best practices to all outsourcing accounts;

- Bridge global and GCG in communication

Skill Requirement:

Must have 5+ years of experience with:

High Availability design and implementation;

Familiar with main SAN storage implementation and operation

Windows 2008 operating system support

Active Directory-enabled DNS

WSUS and/or Patch Link

Citrix Server

Tape library

VMware

Candidate must possess the following

Excellent written/verbal in English

Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical ability

Solid project management skills

Excellent customer communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work for self and/or small team independently

Ability to resolve complex problems seeking guidance when necessary

Certification / Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college
