1) Oversee and manage the Integrated Technology Services sales pipeline from demand generation to contract closure by working closely with client facing sellers, solution design experts to achieve sales results in assigned territory/accounts

2) Personally take responsibility to develop ITS business, cultivate trusted relationship with CIOs/IT Directors and closure of large/complex deals at assigned focused accounts/Territory

3) Provide insights on demand and uncover client's specific requirements for effective promotion of specific ITS solutions

4) Assist and coach other ITS sellers on industry context and account coverage for effective closure of ITS contracts in the assigned territory/industry

Skill Required :

how many years experience in IT industry: B7 5+years, B8 7+, Years, B9: 10+ Years;

how many years experience as IT sales or IT consultant in which focused area: At least 3+years IT services company( or system integration company) sales experience;

any focused industry work experience is preferred, FSS is better for NC and WC,

any certificate is preferred: PMP,

Fluent English in speaking, listening, writing and reading? writing and reading

Other soft skill(Advanced communications skills, proven customer relationship management, leadership, business acumen, financial management...), As SCR, should be the IS virtual leader in assigned territory, personal leadership potential in the key for success.
