Management of:
?A team of Customer Service Representatives in the Regional Sales office and their various functions that support
customers and sales, develop/maintain business relationships and drive sales revenue targets
?Identification, communication and review of customer support needs through the production organization
?Leading and driving internal process improvement across departments and regions.
?Elevation of supply issues, communicating with various SCM functions.
?Benchmark customer effort score to determine baseline with accounts and where we need to improve.

Key Objectives：
?Review Asset management work flow and define key activities to improve forecast accuracy and ordering LT by 25% in 2 Qtrs.
?Strengthen weekly base book fill activity and keep channel WOI to 8-10 and improve year end SMI weigh by 20%
?Understand overall algorithm of system generated forecast in DM and define the best work flow to align sales consumption target as well as FE/BE build plan through improving forecast accuracy by 25% by the end of 2014Q4.
?Collaborate with sales team and establish effective work flow to maximize customer support especially for forecasting and supply coordination.
?Advocating for the customer internally throughout the organization to educate others of their needs and what it takes to delight the customer
?Collaboration with the customers by understanding their business, their support models, supply chain and manufacturing needs
