主要工作职责：

n 独立带领项目组完成审计或咨询类项目现场工作；

n 复核项目组成员的工作底稿，对项目整体质量进行监督；

n 对项目组成员进行必要的现场指导；

n 起草项目报告。

职位要求：

n 三至五年审计经验，包括至少一年的项目带队经验；

n 大学本科以上学历，财务，会计及相关专业背景；

n 良好的沟通能力，保证与项目合作者、客户的有效配合；

n 有能力及意愿培养或维护高效合作的团队氛围；

n 英文能力足以起草项目报告者优先；

n 有内部控制审阅，内部审计，美国萨班斯法案遵循服务经验者优先；

n 已获得任何一项国际认可的会计资格认证优先。

Job Description:

n Independently leading project team to complete field work of statutory audit or consulting engagement;

n Reviewing working paper of junior associates and implementing competent quality assurance of the whole project team;

n Providing on-job training to juniors;

n Drafting reports for in-charge projects

Skills & Experience:

n 3-5 years-plus audit experiences including one year on team leader position at a minimum;

n University degree with the financial, accounting and other relevant background;

n Good communication skills providing competency of cooperation with project partners and client service;

n Ability and willingness of team building;

n Capability of drafting report in English is a plus;

n Experience of internal control review, internal audit and US SOX assessment experience is a plus;

A qualified certification is preferred.
