Management of:
?The balance between short-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed preset sales targets and increase market share
?Prospecting and the development of new applications within existing MNC/EMS accounts
?The service and development of named assigned MNC/EMS accounts and the development of good relationships within those accounts

Participate in:
?Account Business Planning annually and periodical update to achieve the goal
?Involvement and alignment of strategic account plan for the global customers
?Involvement of Periodical price negotiation with the global customers

Monitor:
?Market share in assigned MNC and EMS accounts
?The market and industry to identify new applications (design in) to initiate new business opportunities in key segments or customer base.
?Update and maintain all account information and activity in CRM
?And direct Distribution activity at assigned accounts, including design effort, pricing and delivery.

Work with:
?BD and Product Lines teams by recommending products that meet the requirements of the customer
?FAE, BD Teams and Product Lines to provide accurate, effective and timely acquisition of customers’ technical information
?Synergy and alignment with world wide sales team to execute on account strategy and win the opportunities
?FAE, Quality and Sales Management Teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints
?Other functions within Fairchild to ensure product delivery dates align with the expectations of the customer
?Finance for the timely payment from customers.

Qualifications:
?Experience in semiconductor suppliers is preferred
?Experience in handling key accounts and develop account relationship
?Experience in developing new opportunities by design-in
?Experience in industrial, auto applications and MNC/EMS business is preferred
?Electric and Electronics related major, bachelor or above
?Good written and oral English
?Strong communication skill and coordination capability
