职位描述

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with the Design and Engineering team, Construction management and material planning teams to understand solar project timelines and related constraints
2. Coordinate RFP process, organize pre-bid conferences, manage the review of bids from multiple EPC contractors for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids
3. Maintain close relationships with multiple EPC partners to negotiate and execute contracts within project budget, ensure proper documentation and order confirmations
4. Communicate results to all teams management in a clear, concise manner
5. Place purchase orders in Company’s ERP systems in a timely and accurate manner
6. Coordinate with legal counsel for litigation and participate in the amendment, termination and renegotiation of contracts
7. Understand and uphold internal and external polices, regulations and laws.
8. Understands cost structure and knowledge of supply base of various electrical systems used in power plants
9. Knowledge of civil engineering will be an additional advantage
10. Identifying and selection subcontractors and suppliers.
11. Roll-out regional and global standard process and tools. Negotiating the service and product supplier contracts.
Requirements:
Skills Required
1. Contracts Management Administrator is a critical role within the Company global Supply Chain Management organization
Professional/Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with major preferably in Solar or Renewable and MBA or Law background will be preferred
2. Successful track record for 12 to 15 years in technical roles / procurement/ supply chain, ideally in a project driven organization
3. Experience in construction or power generation business in multinational companies.
4. Excellent command of English and Mandarin. SC and/or LEAN Belt certification is plus.
5. Chinese energy and EPC market knowledge, project finance experience is plus, hands supplier qualification and development experience and proven results of cost reduction program management.
Technical/Analytical:
1. Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office,in particular data analysis using Excel
3. Experience with using an ERP system; such as Oracle, SAP or Timberline for sourcing materials
4. Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
