职位描述
Job Description/Responsibilities
TOM&C QA is responsible for controlling the overall quality for TOM&C products in below ways:
1. Work with Agile team to streamline QA processes for manual and automated application testing
2. Work with Agile Team Members to create Test Plans for assigned projects
3. Develop expertise in applications/modules assigned for testing
4. Work with Agile Team Members to successfully complete Sprints and produce on-time releases
5. Develop automated regression testing for products
Qualifications
1. Bachelor or higher in computer science, or related technical discipline is required
2. At least 3 years’ experience of relevant working experience on Windows platform functional testing.
3. Deep understanding of software development life cycle
4. Experience in automation creation, or object oriented programming experience. Proven ability to automate test cases using appropriate scripting language.
5. Experience with SQL queries.
6. Good written and oral communication skill in English.
7. Good attention to detail and passion on quality.
8. Be able to pick up new things fast.
Preferred:
1. Experience in financial products, or rich knowledge in investment is highly preferred.
2. Experience with Agile software development is preferred.
3. Experience with Test Complete is a plus.
