Program Manager (Learning Associate Program)
Key Accountabilities
1. Overall responsible for the P&L and effective implementation of the LAP.
2. Responsible for negotiation of commercial LAP deals with potential Members and other stakeholders.
3. Responsible for effectively marketing and selling the LAP according to the approved plan.
4. Responsible for working closely with marketing partner(s) and ETS product partners in executing the plan.
5. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing Member relationships
Key Deliverables
1. The sales plan is delivered resulting in goal completion. There is evidence of monitoring and review.
2. Sales and revenue targets are achieved.
3. Costs are within budget.
4. An increased awareness of LAP within China is achieved through implementation of sales and marketing plans.
5. Regular reporting keeping management appraised of performance versus plan is in place.
6. Relationships with potential partners, influencers and other organisations are developed and maintained.
Essential Skills
1. Evidence of success in implementing sales/business development strategies.
2. Evidence of success in sales/commercial negotiations with education institutions/organisations/providers.
3. Evidence of success in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunity.
4. Track record of successfully identifying new commercial/sales opportunities and capitalising on these.
5. Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences. Highly developed oral, written and presentation skills.
6. Goal/target-oriented
7. Ability to gain and assimilate product knowledge and attain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace
8. Self motivated, ability to work independently
Desirable Skills
1. Experience working for a global organisation
2. Experience working in the English language training marketplace
3. Previous education sales experience in educational training
4. Experience of curriculum design for EL provision for international students or TEFL experience, or international student recruitment.
