The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Flex with strong knowledge of C++. The candidate must have experience on User Interface design and sense for usability. The candidate must have solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, strong motivation, and excellent problem solving skills.



Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience in Java / Flex or C++.

* Experience in Ror, ruby is a big plus.

* Some experience with HTML5 is a plus.

* Familiar with networks, network management and system management.

* Storage background is a plus.
