We are looking for a smart, passionate, and experienced Program Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the business in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager in Microsoft Dynamics AX GFM APAC team, you will be at the helm of a bright and resourceful team, responsible for owning the requirements and designs of country-specific features in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate is expected to help define both global and local product strategies, influence product direction, oversee the development and release of product features, and drive business development opportunities where needed.

The candidate will work closely with customers and partners to validate product requirements and designs. The candidate will also work closely with the software engineers to ensure that features are designed and shipped with the highest quality on schedule. The candidate must also build solid collaborative relationships with other internal Microsoft teams across the globe as well as supporting their local sales and marketing teams to help increase Microsoft local market share.

Qualifications:
- Successful candidates are self-motivated leaders and problem solvers, with strong strategy and execution skills.
- Demonstrated experience shipping software in a full product lifecycle and having a proven record of great cross-group collaboration, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required. The ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, good attention to detail, a passion for quality and the ability to work as a team player is a must.
- Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in software development/program experience.
- A background in accounting and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is required, ERP experiences in MEA, India and Southeast Asia will be preferred.
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, economics or finance with an MBA a plus.
