Responsibilities:
? Perform high-level analysis of customer business process and requirements, define and architect the design of custom end-to-end solutions that meet requirements for insurance industry.
? Play a ‘Trusted Advisor’ role to the customer on Technology topics.
? Translate system requirements into custom solution specifications for complex and large projects.
? Provide direction to development teams for custom solutionrealization and participate as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities.
? Jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of the solution along with project manager.
? Guide and influence team members to accomplish the teams’s technical and schedule goals.
? Effective change management on projects by analyzing the impact of any new requirements on project scope & timelines.
? Driving adoption of newer cutting edge technology within the organization through knowledge sessioins.
? Be a multiplier of your skills by actively mentoring other technical resources on your team.

Requirements:
? 8 - 12 years of strong SAP technologyexperience in multiple business and technical processes.
? Extensive knowledge in the area of SAP insurance especially Policy Management or Collections and Disbursement or Claims Management. Prior experience of working in an Insurance company will be an added advantage.
? Work in accordance with agile development models(scrum, spring)which requires individul to be self driven, take decision independently as well as be flexible in order to cater the demands.
? Contribute to/enable removal of road blocks for the SCRUM teams.
? Profound ABAP development experience OO ABAP, BDT, BRF+, UI5, Enhancement & Modifications.
? Experience in excuting geographically distributed projects and working with culturally diverse work-group.
? Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
