职位描述
(1) JOB TITLE
Credit Manager
(4) JOB PURPOSE
Perform finance functions required to support sales/marketing group
(5) DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES (TO INDICATE ALL TASKS PERFORMED)
Customer Credit Review
? Regular credit Review & credit line update for all the APAC customers:
? Customer contracts review, especial for the payment term and credit related clauses
? Settle customer credit issue, release shipment in system accordingly
? Work out financial instrument with customers for credit mitigation, such as LC/SBLC/BG/Advance Payment…
? Credit solution on Quarter end shipment for critical distributors/OEMs;
? Ad-hoc requirement /Task
AR/Collection
? Ensure timely AR collection; meet the DSO goals for APAC.
? Collection follow up with critical customers
? Work with customers and internal sales on dispute AR, help to resolve the outstanding issues
? Check Bank report and provide offset detail by invoice & PO to Png for critical customers
? Regular AR aging review by customer, by invoice.
? Monthly bad debt / revenue reserve review
? Liaison with WWAFS AR team and local sales to ensure timely monthly closing
? Regular collection forecast to Corp
? Ad-Hoc requirement/task

Great communication skills and people skills
Distribution channel experience is preferred
SAP and Oracle experience preferred
Fluent English and Chinese
