Job Description:
职位描述:
1. Conducts microscopic examinations of products and raw material for slice analysis, hardness test, metallographic structure, metallic inclusion, grain size etc.
Including preparation of sample and reporting.
负责产品及原材料的切片分析、硬度测试、金相组织、金属夹杂物、晶粒度等的检验及判定；包括样品的制备和报告编写
2. Conducts failure analysis of adverse products and customers’ complaints
协助进行产线不良与客诉品的失效分析
3. Assist to meet test requirement from other dept. for informal test
协助其他部门完成非常规测试要求
4. Routine test
实验室日常测试
5. Building up lab quality system CNAS 17025, maintenance of current quality system
参与CNAS 17025体系建设，参与维护现有质量体系
6. Responsible for maintenance of test equipment and management of measuring tools.
负责实验室设备维护和量具管理


Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
1. Major in mechanical, heat treatment or other relevant major;
Bachelor degree, Strong professional analysis ability
金属材料,热处理或其他相关专业；本科及以上学历
2. 3 years working experience in relevant area, strong professional analysis ability; ability in solving problem independently
3年以上金相分析领域工作经验，具有较强专业分析和独立解决问题的能力
3. Proficiency of relevant test equipment
熟练使用相关检测设备
4. Good interpersonal skill, be able to conduct cross function communication effectively
良好的人际沟通技巧，能够与公司内部和外部保持有效沟通
5. Team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility are highly desired.
具有较强责任感和团队合作精神
