职位描述
1. Co-work with DP planners, challenge assumptions on future demands and collect sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
2. Highlight gaps against sales plan in Pre SMAP & SMAP meeting, work with sales and marketing on action plans to address the gaps.
3. Help NSOP manager to establish demand-supply interface having meeting with supply team for effective and timely resolution of supply constraint issues to meet sales plan.
4. Sales team bottom up forecast coordinator. Measure the performance of the sales team in attaining the sales plan (SPA), to achieve efficiencies & optimising working capital cost.
5. Sales Plan Coordinator, leads and manage mechanics of the sales and marketing planning cycle
6. Liaise with Customer service manager on phase in and out of promotional and relaunch skus to ensure customers’ demand is met
Qualification and experience
Requirement Essential Preferred
Education University degree or above
Experience Certain knowledge of FMGC business processes especially from a sales forecasting, supply chain and procurement basis.
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills Sound business analytical skills. Working knowledge of working capital management. Sales experiences in both General Trade and Modern Trade
Technical/Functional
Expertise Planning and forecasting skills
High level of communication, influencing and relationship building skills
Industry Experience FMCG business experience
