职位描述
Purpose of the Position:
- As part of the China regional finance team, you will be working directly with the Finance Director of China as well as the regional corporate development team in analyzing growth and expansion opportunities for the Company, including acquisition of targets, establishing partnerships and JVs, and site expansion opportunities in China and other Asia markets. You will be an integral part of the team in charge of executing M&A transactions, including due diligence, modeling, valuation, integration, working with business partners and external auditors, etc.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Screen and analyze potential acquisition targets and/or JV partners
- Build and manage complex financial, operating and valuation models for M&A and expansion transactions
- Work as the liaison in the finance function to lead M&A transaction execution and post-deal integration
- Drive management team discussions with key financial findings
- Perform due diligence of potential acquisition targets, including site visits
- Support deal structuring and negotiation
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support on business and financial analysis
- Perform on-going regular analysis on the China macro-economic environment and drive the economic review with senior management
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA, CPA, CFA preferred
- Prior M&A work experience strongly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and financial analytical skills
- Good business sense
- Complete fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills, business partnership, and self motivation
- A strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
