职位描述
1. 支持LTE客户完成硬件设计、保证系统RF性能、调试和测试
2. 协助解决和报告遇到的问题，支持客户厂家生产
3. 撰写电路设计文档，调试和测试报告文档
4，配合公司销售和市场推广，维护良好的客户关系

任职要求
1. 两年以上硬件产品设计调试经验，有RF调试经验；
2. 通讯、电子、无线电等相关专业，本科及以上学历，英语4级及以上；
3. 熟练使用至少一种原理图和PCB layout设计工具，allegro，pads优先；
4. 会使用agilent，RS等厂家的频谱仪，信号源，示波器，会使用3G或4G综测仪者优先；
5. 有手机，数据卡终端消费类产品经验者优先，有RF设计，调试，测试经验优先；
6. 具有英文技术文档阅读能力；
7. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
