Job Responsibility

(Fesco Contract, work location at Jiading or Xinzhuang)

1. Responsible for entry level positions' recruitment;
2. Manage daily operations of postings and recruitment advertisements in job boards and selected social media;
3. Screen resumes and conduct cold calls for each assignment to support senior recruiters to shortlist candidates;
4. Pro-actively search and pipeline candidates in line with main business areas and strengthen talent pool;
5. Coordinate interview arrangement and logistics for candidates' part;
6. Conduct reference check including education and employment;
7. Support to make marketing intelligence per selected industry or company;
8. Other assigned tasks regarding to recruitment projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, technical background preferred
2. More than 1 years working experience in recruiting from inhouse or agency, graduate with good intern practise in MNCs can be considered
3. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good English in both written & spoken, skilful in MS-Office Tools
5. Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
6. High integrity and team spirit
