Reporting to Senior Manager Leasing Cooperation Business

This position is for a world-known auto finance company

Position Summary

To support the Leasing cooperation project through partner screening, assessment, cooperation set up end operation follow up.

Major Responsibilities

To deliver a full market map on potentials and risks including competition overview.
To strengthen the collaboration with JV company so as to leverage business opportunities.
Sales assessment: assess capacity to provide product and service.
Operations assessment: assess capacity to operate relevant offer, aligned with the company’s requirements.
Finance assessment: assess capacity to fund and steer risks.
To map customer needs, to facilitate cross selling through direct and indirect sales channels.
To imagine, build and develop a leasing offer (Financial lease, Sales and Lease back, Motivational lease and Operational lease).
To build a sustainable and profitable business model.
To sign a contract between AFC and the partners including SLA‘S.
To steer the cooperation through KPI and relevant actions.
Coordinate with the partners and consolidate the monthly sales report, go through with the date provided by partners.
Coordinate with JV Company and China Company to make sure the smooth and prompt payment of the subsidy.
Yearly, Monthly sales volume planning and analysis.
To support the coordination between relevant workstream stakeholders.
To leverage business opportunities with the support of JV company.
To support the coordination with HQ project team.
To monitor targeted partners through KPI and actions plans.

Qualifications

At least bachelor degree with concentration on business management.
5 years related working experience.
OEM, bank or leasing companies in marketing or sales department are preferred.
Chinese, fluent in English, an experience in Europe could be good.
Flexible.
Experienced in project management or contribution.
Car market know how, leasing know how is an advantage, AFC know how is an advantage.
Skills for Power-point, Excel, English, ability to understand tax and financial mechanisms.
