岗位职责:

1.负责产品的现场安装、调试、实施和日常维护；
2.负责对客户进行设备操作和日常维护培训；
3.处理销售环节的质量和技术问题；
4.客户技术故障受理，分析故障产品的实际情况，确定维修方案；
5.协助销售人员收集市场信息，负责展会支持工作；
6.负责对调试、维修、保养记录进行总结分析，发现产品问题并上报；

任职资格：
1.大学专科及以上学历，电子、机械、医疗设备等相关专业；
2.两年以上相关工作经验；
3.具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力，具备良好的团队协作精神；
4.能承受高强度工作压力，适应长期出差。
