岗位职责：
1、维护数据库系统的正常运行和应急响应；
2、对数据库进行调优，排障；
3、存储系统规划和管理，数据备份与容灾；
4、为管理人员和其他部门提供数据支持；
5、配合完善服务运维体系，制定和改进应急预案、策略。

核心能力：
1、 LINUX系统操作
2、 数据库操作、管理与优化

其他能力:
1、熟悉oracle、DB2数据库的体系结构；
2、熟练使用SQL语言，掌握数据库存储过程，函数；
3、熟悉linux, 可以编写SHELL脚本；
4、有Java编程经验者优先；
5、良好的逻辑思维能力和学习能力；
5、抗压能力强，有强烈的责任心，良好的沟通能力

背景要求(教育、工作经验)：
1、 计算机相关专业学位
2、 初级数据库管理需一年以上工作经验，有系统开发和维护经验更佳
