职位描述


1. Position Summary:
- The Sales Trainer is responsible for training sales in the features, benefits and uses of EbD products in order to increase sales and strengthen relationships in their accounts.
- Closely working with key stakeholders to deliver EBD product training and develop EBD training roadmap.
- Expedite the roll out of sales training programs and clinical education initiatives in Asia.


2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Sales Trainer positions focus on three primary areas of responsibility: Field, Facilitation and Content Development. Within the Sales Training Team, these responsibility areas will be focused based on need.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver product training for internal staff and distributor’s sales force for better market penetration.
- Supports and assist Fundamental and Recertification of EbD Training
- Facilitate training materials and samples for training classes
- Coordinate New Hire Training material and sample shipments as required


3. Job Competencies:
- Ability to work in a flexible environment
- Possesses an understanding of performance-based training and development techniques for adult learners to include theory, curriculum design / development, delivery methods, training technology, and evaluation
- Able to analyze, synthesize, and draw conclusions from data
- Able to work in a matrixes environment
- Knowledge of key concepts/variables in the health care industry (copy review, regulated industry)
- Able to determine and communicate education and training requirements to field organization, management, and staff
- Possesses initiative, analytical skills, critical judgment, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrate team management and group facilitation skillsStrong interpersonal skills to handle interdisciplinary interaction as well as outside interaction with others
- Independence, energy, and positive attitude


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work weekends and evenings to support training.
- Some travel (20 – 30%) may be required.


4. Qualification
- Medical doctor’s degree or Master degree in Medical devices, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Marketing or related field
- Medical Device experience preferred
- 1-2 years training experience in a corporate environment, sales training preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing medical devices
- Bilingual Capability
- Computer literate in MS office and its applications
- Good personality and service minded
