Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the staffing including recruitment, selection, hiring, new hire processing.
2. Administers employees training and development: internal training, outside seminars, tuition reimbursement etc.
3.Set up Benefit & Wage structure. Administers compensation and benefits programs, including new hire benefits sign-up, benefit claims problems and changes in employee status or compensation.
4. Responsible for employee and/or day-to-day labor relations.
5. Acts as consultant to the management and policy matters that impact our employees and employee.
6. Responsible for compensation and benefit management including CPF, tax and additional medical insurance etc.
7. Administer the whole plant administration in day-to-day support.
8. Administer the whole plant Information system in support of production and office daily work.

Requirements:
1. Ability: Good communication skill, computer skill and human resource management knowledge.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree.
3. Working experience: At least 5-8 years experience in human resource management.
4. English: Good in both spoken and written.
5. Others: Independent work ability.
