Responsibilities:

.System management:
- Ensure operation performance of China Learning Management System
- Cooperate with BMW AG and international vendors for system development according to business requirement
. WBT management:
- Manage international WBT in Chinese market.
- Monitor local WBT production and publishing.
- Roll out WBT in Chinese market.

. Dealer standard and target:
- Coordinate other teams to develop, maintain and deliver dealer training certification target policy
- Set dealer yearly training target according to certification principle & policy
- Supervise training target fulfillment
- Implement dealer bonus deduction
- Continuously develop other dealer policies to improve training resource utilization efficiency and support dealer staff certification

. Business steering:
- Monitor training KPIs to provide information to improve training operation efficiency


Qualifications

- Master of Business Administration or similar.
- Knowledge on BMW retail training processes.
- Knowledge of BMW internal system (training organization and operation)
- Knowledge on dealer organization
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Good planning and organizing skill
- Proficient English in both Oral and Written
- Logical thinker and creative problem solver
