Job title: TCF Assistant

Main responsibilities:
- Assist to perform comprehensive marketing support;
- First contact for daily customer enquiries and related banking services;
- Support administration function, such as document filing, maintenance of updated credit files and other facility documents, preparation of internal records, etc;
- Perform translation of documents;
- Support to collect industry information, market intelligence on customers, etc;
- Assist to prepare credit proposal;
- Assist to prepare and follow up execution of banking documents; and
- Other related assignments on ad hoc basis.

Candidate profile:
- Bachelor degree, in Banking and Finance, Accounting, etc. Have banking/finance background is a plus
- Intern or short term experience in banking industry is a plus
- Excellent oral and written English; Chinese Native speaker
- Be able to use word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS office
- Reliable, Proactive and able to deliver on time and meet expectations
- Good sense of integrity and self-motivated; Autonomous working capacity; Be able to work hard under pressure
