工作地点在浦东。今后会安排在上海的四个校区间交换发展（古北校区、虹桥校区、世纪公园校区及御翠园校区）。

Job Summary
To handle day-to-day cash-related payments, reimbursements and disbursements, and provide administrative and clerical support including invoice issue and school fee collection.


Duties:
1.Handle all payments made by cash, checks and bank cards; ensure accurate and proper documentation, as well system booking.
2.In charge of all cash disbursements related to payment, reimbursement, and other activities.
3.Work closely with School Office to keep accurate student records and make sure proper billing is issued.
4.Track all school bus information; speak with Support regularly to ensure the information is up to date.
5.Track all new applications, make sure student information is properly entered into the system, and all application fees are paid.
6.Deal with parents/guardians with queries regarding school fees, contact parents/companies if needed to ensure fee collection.
7.Monitor collection progress; keep school office/Co-principals updated on a regular basis.
8.Collect and keep track of fees for field trips and other activities and events, including year book and annual photography.
9.Make foreign currency payment declaration on line if necessary, ensure proper regulations are followed. (GB staff only)
10.Occasionally need to make deposits at the bank
11.Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
1.College or equivalent degree in accounting or related and accounting license.
2.1-3 years' accounting experience preferable, but not necessary.
3.Good command of English, both oral and verbal.
4.Excellent interpersonal skill.
5.Be proactive and a team player.
