Responsibilities:
- Prepare Aftersales business process documents
- Prepare training materials
- Analyze market situation and potential for improvement
- On site coach for dealers with weaknesses, produce contents of training materials to dealers, deliver necessary knowledge to dealers
- Organize meeting or workshop for project
- Follow up the project implementation status
- Evaluate and report the performance of projects, develop new strategies to support projects
- Daily consultation to dealers via email, telephone, fax, etc.
- Learn new knowledge and get training for Aftersales related issues
- Innovate in strategies to support customer orientation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years automotive experience
- 2 years retail experience
- Good understanding of Aftersales business
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Patient and team work spirit
- Self motivated with initiative
