We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager, Information Technology, HSBC Life Insurance Guangdong Branch (Preparatory).

In this role, you will:
Major responsibilities of the job holder is to provide high quality IT services and system environment for branch business operations and being the prime IT support in branch. Furthermore, he/she would be liaison with local regulator for all the IT matters. He/She needs to face off to business users in branch and coordinate the activities with IT teams in head office, and other service/support functions in China, regional and global level and external parties such as software and hardware suppliers to provide the IT services within budget and meeting high level of quality (including complying to regulatory, internal policy and standards).


Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University graduate in Information Technology, Information Security, or related major or equivalent is requierd
- Proven experience in IT project, business analyst/consultant, IT Operations/Security or insurance operations role
- At least five years’ working experience in IT
- Working experience on IT security area is preferred.
