Responsibilities:

- Collect input from business departments, regions and dealers regarding management training programs on regular basis

- Plan and streamline management training programs by incorporating the inputs from business departments, regions and dealers

- Ensure the logical linkage between assessment/selection and management training programs

- Ensure the logical linkage between management training programs and manager certification as well as other retention programs

- Carry out the supplier/vendor selection, contracting and monitoring, esp. course evaluation and trainer assessment

- Support the manager in budget planning and monitoring related to management training

- Lead specific programs, e.g. New Area Manager Qualification

- Conduct training courses when necessary


Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.

- Background in car retail business, Business Administration, training or HR consultancy

- Experience with project management

- Experience in BMW standard and processes

- Knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business.

- Knowledge of HR management.

- Ability to work in an international working environment.

- Excellent communicator with ability to develop positive working relationships quickly.

- Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills.

- Logical thinker and creative problem solver.

- Good command in English language
