Responsibilities
Responsible for selling Lab Analytical products(hardware and consumable) and service in major accounts, maintain and enlarge the business in these major accounts.
Meet & exceed sales target. Sustain existing business base and ability to create new business opportunities for incremental sales growth.
Make good mapping file for major account, develop and maintain good customer relationship and develop new product application and market share in major account.
Manage & optimize distributor channel.
Coaching, develop and manager subordinate, help him growth and meet sales target.
Requirements/Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical or related disciplines. Master Degree is appropriate.
Having at least 3 years sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry client. Supervising experience is preferred.
Multi-national company selling and supervising experience preferred.
Strong business, organization, negotiation, communication, and selling skills.
Excellent market knowledge of the territory, understanding of business opportunities and capability to have the business plan developed and implemented.
Good interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
Good execution, integrity, teamwork are definitely required.
Good English capability.
Passion and self motivated
