Responsibilities:

- Prepare for business cases, documents, facility requirements and essential desk and field research

- Specifies size, scope and area of training center facility

- Communicate with Design firm, investor/developer and internal on Training Center Facility technical issues

- Works interdepartemental (e.g. BBA legal department, BMW Real Estate and Facility Management in Munich)

- Monitor the building of the Training Center to ensure BMW standard

- Ensure the fitting out and installation of training specific requirements according to BMW standard



Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree

- Background in project management and construction management

- 2 years experience in construction project management

- 2 years experience in facility management or buidling industry

- Expereince in the automotive/training is an advantage

- Knowledge of building process and statutory requirement of construction project

- Knowledge of project support

- Proficiency with microsoft office

- Strong skills in external communication

- Good competency of time management

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage
