Responsibilities:
- Project manager of Loyalty Processes for the CARMEN project
- Set up required processes for the future loyalty program of BMW China (e.g. for BMW magazine, welcome package, customer card, customer satisfaction management, repurchase impulse)
- Define the loyalty requirements for CRM at wholesale and retail level as well as mechanisms to synchronize and align the customer touchpoints
- Discuss, plan, monitor the implementation of requirements in the respective IT Systems
- User training and user documentation for CARMEN/CRM loyalty processes


Qualifications:
- University degree / graduated in economics, social sciences or industrial engineering
- Solid work experience in sales or marketing
- 3 years IT project management experience
- Experience in Business Process Design and CRM implementation projects
- Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient English, German would be an advantage
