Major Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of IT CIO office, and setup IT relevant process including status and other reports to management and management circles.
Setup and maintain the processes, structure and tools for internal IT security management. Support the corporate's IT security officer.
Setup IT relevant process.
Setup and initialize innovation projects.
Playing the role of QAP (Quality Assurance in Project) which means to check the quality of the project deliverables in accordance to ITPM Standards; to execute reviews and gateways and record results; to coach department members in ITPM procedures upon request; to coordinate ITPM trainings
Counterpart for internal and external audits.
Frame the issues, identify context, synthesize the whole picture, exposes gaps, suggests escalation pathways, and identify risks and constraints
Identify and research policy development that involves any aspect of IT department
Implement/support regular internal/ external audit basing on ISO 9000/14000/20000/27000 and OHSAS 18000 knowledge

Qualifications

Education / Degree:
Degree level or equivalent experience in computer science or a business systems-related subject.

ExperienceMinimum Years of Experience
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in business development and management, using structured methods.4-6 Years
In addition, two years experience in manufacturing environment and at least two years practical experience with relevant IT business knowledge.1-3 Years
