Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a comprehensive range of budgetary and fiscal analyses aimed for IT budget plan and control
- Coordinate with BMW AG and other interfaces for IT related operation contract and payment process
- Responsible for IT purchase forecast and corresponding purchase activities in SAP
- Responsible for IT resource plan and KPI calculation coordination and status report

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or a business systems-related subject
- 4 to 5 years of consulting background or IT system support or controlling background experience
- Experience with business systems functional analysis, design, testing and documentation
- Relevant industry experience is preferred
- Technical Skills: Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration skills, accounting and fiscal management
- Business Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: Logistic process, Finance process, Sales and Service process, Quality management.
- Process skills: IT Business Planning, Development and Maintenance
- Good presentation skills, time management skills, team working spirit
- Highly effective analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Office systems competency
- Good understanding of ITPM/ITIL methodology
- Proficient English, German would be an advantage
