Job Description:

? Coordinate purchasing program activities with colleagues in China, India, Thailand, Australia etc. in accordance with GPDS and other program requirements.
? Ability to understand GPDS procedure and think further to identify the ideas for improvement of the critical relevant tools.
? Facilitate relevant Purchasing Program meetings, e.g. BPR, PPMM, OCM etc.
? Maintain records and follow of various open assignments till completion from various management reviews.
? Facilitate purchasing relevant training with the help from corporate learning team.
? Support global team on process standardization and governance.
? Responsible for maintaining statistics of department headcount and budget.
? Generate and manage MIS for various program deliverables which help purchasing management to focus on Key issues.
? Maintain Organisation chart and coordinate open positions with the hiring managers across APA
? Develop and maintain cost spend of various programs ( tooling and piece price)
? Develop review material for senior management visits and reviews

Qualifications and Skills:

? Candidates should have degree level or equivalent educational background.
? Basic knowledge about program management and purchasing.
? PC/Systems skills and awareness, Strong skills on MS Excel (Including formula, Macro etc.) and PowerPoint.
? Good numerical and verbal/written communications skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills.
? Fluent English is must.
