Job description

Act as services leader of an IBM team that delivers series of complex I/T service projects, include long term annuity based contracts to IBM clients.

Be able to lead, motivate, integrate and orchestrate the delivery organization into an excellent team to deliver the value of IBM's products and services to their clients.

Required Skills

Over 10 years of IT Experience out of which at least 8 years of hands on Service Delivery experience in Infrastructure domain is a must.

Had proven record for team leadership

Familiar with project management method, and governance of program management.

Over five years experience of IT Service Project Executive at large clients in Industry sector, or take senior IT leader role in a international Co.

Strong Project/Program Management experience

Infrastructure domain knowledge is essential

Strong leadership skill

Excellent client relationship management skills

Excellent business management skills

Excellent written / verbal English and Chinese communication skills

24 x 7 availability to be called by clients and internal teams

Open to travel at short notices as and when needed

Preferred to be Certified in ITIL, PMP, MII Certified senior PM

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 10 years experience in project manager

Certified in PMP

English: Fluent

Chinese simplified: Fluent
