This is a European FMCG company with good market share in China. With the fast business expansion, they are looking for Senior HR & Administration Manager based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
? recruitment: CV first screening / recruit agency contact / induction program
? training: training plan /training coordination / self training coordination / career development
? remuneration structure: monitors and adjusts job group structure and ensures that new positions are classified in the appropriate group.
? compensation: monitors compensation levels for like-companies and prepares proposals for adjustments, matches salary levels of new employees within bj system.
? employee relations: employee counselling / career advice / mediate in conflict resolution
? payroll: ensure proper payroll administration and social security compliance
? company regulations: updating of company regulations / employee benefits
? employee files: database management / work record administrations
? coordinates recruitment and contracts for temporary and part time staff
? administration: the general office administrative work
Requirements:
? bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Manager or any related discipline
? a minimum of 6 year experience in HR generalist function with managerial experience gained from MNCs organizations
? experience in training and personal development programs for employees
? fluency in English and Chinese is a must
