Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Effectively manages multiple and broad ranges of projects to meet business goals and objectives. Current stage focus on 2 major projects (RoD/Mid Tier) operations.
? Develops an overall project plan that includes: scope, objectives, charter, timeline and milestones, risk assessment, financial projections, performance measures, and communication and change management plans.
? Examines project uncertainties that may impact the success of the project, identifying and analyzing the significant risks and recommending proactive work a rounds or mitigation strategies.
? Escalates decision and unresolved issues to appropriate parties.
? Communicates project goals, objectives, key status information and overall impact of the project effectively with project team members, customers and key stakeholders.
? Manage and update monthly supply chain cost models.
? Develops and executes supplier management programs for critical suppliers. Integrates technical and commercial feedback. Sets goals for improvement and track progress.
? Leads and executes RFI's, RFP's, and RFQ's.
? Develops and/or assists with Strategic Sourcing plans and objectives (short & long term).

Education & Experience
? Minimum diploma holder and preferable is degree holder with any of fields such as engineering, commercial, finance, supply chain and/or logistics

Minimum 5- 10 years of working experience in Supply Chain industry in related to specialized fields:
? Demand planning
? Supply Planning
? Warehousing management
? Inventory control
? Logistics & trade compliance

Desired Skills
? Knowledge of various supply chain areas.
? Demonstrated analytical abilities.
? Previous project management experience.

Required Skills
Hard Skill requirements: (Must)
? Experience with global manufacturing and contract manufacturers.
? Experience in developing supply chains for new businesses.
? Experience in manufacturing – operations, planning, engineering or procurement.
? Experience with procurement processes and systems.
? Experience with negotiations.

Soft Skills
? Comfortable working with all levels of management both internally and externally, and with different regions and functions.
? Self-starter. Ability to take the initiative to ensure business objectives are met with minimum direction.
? Good communications and presentation skills.
? Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
? Willingness to travel.
