Introduction
- For LCB China, supports EHS BP to 1) establish and maintain the EHS management system for SLC and 2) for operating companies in China, to assume supervising duties assgined by the respective EHS BP; 3) to implement all corporate/country EHS programs
What are my responsibilities?
- As the topic-wise specialist, to provide professional consult on the respecitve topics to the EHS BP, LCB China EHS community and all employees
- Assume duties on supervising the compliance status for EHS related laws and regulations (e.g. site EHS assessment)
- Support on Coordinating and Monitoring on effective implementation of Siemens Principles, policy, guideliness and standards on EHS
- Support for serious EHS accidents emergency response and investigation processes and follow up the corrective action plans and prevention action plans
- Provide professional support and coach to EHS staffs in LCB China for their professional EHS knowledge
- Provide professional support to the divisions/divisions' OCs in fulfilling the reporting obligations
- Privide professional support to the implement EHS programs and initiatives drived from Siemens AG
What do I need to qualify for this Job?
- Professional EHS knowledge/skill on environmental protection, health management or safety
- EHS work experience
- Preperable trained as ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 auditors
- Knowledge of EHS legal requirements
- EHS audit skills, EHS site assessment skills
- English proficiency at a good level
- Bachelor degree or above
