Job description
Understand the customer's business and needs across all IBM services in order to direct technical
design / proposal preparation and / or approval for addendum business.
Provide delivery direction to gain customer satisfaction with contracted quality and performance.
Lead the technical governance and support investigations and reviews of major incidents
Manage delivery audit readiness and business compliance.
Prepare and provide Delivery measurements including cost, quality, scope, schedule, size and effort.
Design, administration and troubleshooting of Vmware ESXi and VMware vsphere, Vmotion and Vcenter
Implementation, administration of Windows AD and group policies, windows server/cluster, storage, backup SW/HW.
Manage venders to achieve service level agreement
Required Skills:
5+ years of data center IT operation management or relevant experience
Bachelor degree or above
Strong communication skill in Chinese and English.
Good documentation and presentation skill.
Experience on project management, vender management or team management
Strong technical skills on VMware, virtualization and windows server management.
Hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment.
MCSE and VCAP certification, PMP certification is a plus
