I PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES

? Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining sound relationships with key clients
? Help Loan Product Team communicates with clients on Rabo’s culture and requirements
? Provide quality support to team heads in managing the teams’ performance
? To assist Senior Relationship Banker (‘SRB’) to achieve revenue and cross-sell targets, whilst maintaining adequate return and good credit quality of portfolio:
- to obtain guidelines from SRB to provide clients and prospects with innovative solutions and structures through collaboration with product departments and understanding clients’ changing requests;
- to support SRB by closely following up with clients’ development and market intelligence to acquaint the bank with early warning signals to avoid unexpected credit crunch or market downturn;
- to assist SRB to enlarge SRB target portfolio by conducting cold call or use existing network to achieve the goal;
- to accomplish special project assigned by SRB in a timely fashion;
- to equip with F&A sector knowledge and attend Global sector meeting or other sector related meetings on behalf of SRB when needed.



MAIN JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assist SRB – Greater China to achieve the annual target and relationship development, X-sell M&A, Advisory, Loan, GFM products, new SRB client acquisition;

? Prepare call reports and prepared and update Relationship Development Plan;
? Maintain good watch on SRB customers development, regular update SRB on client’s financial performance, sector intelligence and industry outlook where appropriate
? Address clients’ requests in a professional manner and provide proficient solutions to clients under guidance of SRB

II EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education / Professional Qualifications :
University Degree or equivalent; MBA degree preferred

Relevant Experience required:
? At least 4 years working experience in commercial/investment bank with responsibility of developing new and existing relationships;
? Proven track record in structuring & executing deals;
? Good aware of market & product developments;
Other skills required
? Good communication skills (persuasive, influential) to maintain relationship with stakeholders
? Possess the skill to liaise and coordinate across borders and functions
? Sound analytical skills
? Open and pro-active approach
? Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
? Languages: English and Chinese
? Domestic and overseas travel required
? Pleasant personal character with strong coordination skill.
