Summary of Position:
- Develop professional designed marketing & promotion materials.
- Develop the corporate Visual Identity both on-site and off-site to ensure maximum brand adherence and awareness.
- Translate marketing objectives into creative graphic solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary accountabilities include:
- Update and upgrade the marketing & promotion, sales, and operations materials of the company
- Update, upgrade and improve the Visual Identity of our company on the client’s sites
- Develop graphic concept (advertising, internal communications, newsletters, events materials…) together with the Communication Manager
- Maintain the company visual style guidelines and ensure that all graphic deliverables meet the requirements of the projects and brand standards
- Manage design & production process from initial concept through completed production to guarantee that it meets the marketing department quality standards
- Collaborate into creating and conceptualizing company identity and brand awareness through the use of artworks, logos, layout, tags, pictures, color schemes…
- Create designs, illustrations, and graphic presentations of scientific information for website, operations tools, publications and signage
- Assist in auditing our client’s sites to update/upgrade the company’s branding and end-user experience
- Participate/realize photo shoots through the year

Key Skills and Competencies:
- To be considered for this role, you should:
Graphic design skills: have experience of using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
Knowledge of 3D Max and/or html is a plus.
Knowledge of pre-press, print or digital production would be beneficial to your application.
Be familiar with PowerPoint, Outlook, MAC and PC system.

Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- University degree or above in graphic design, visual impression related
- 1- 2 years working experience in corporate graphic design
- Preferably candidates with prior experience in similar industry
