Qualification:
o 4+ years in IT including experience in working in a multi-stakeholder environment
o Exposure to end to end IT lifecycle and having a strong understanding of the inherent business challenges and processes
o Knowledge of mobility market including emerging technologies, new business models, and platforms
o Background in home grown platforms like wechat, Snapchat, Baidu, etc
o Experience with Mobility Application design and development
o Strong and versatile in Mobility domain including knowledge across hybrid and MADP platforms like Xamarin, IBM WorkLight etc
o Should have designed and developed at least two customer facing (B2C) applications across iOS or Android or both
o Knowledgeable with Agile Development for mobile engagements
o Ability to work in an onsite – offshore model
o Ability to consult with client’s business/technology teams proactively to identify business needs and articulate solution options
o Lead proposal creation and related pre-sales activities for all RFP/RFI for the region
o Excellent written (structured documents, presentations) and verbal communication skills, for example, facilitation of meetings, presentation of materials) in Chinese and English

Key Responsibilities
o Develop trusted relationship with client IT and business stakeholders
o Work with the sales and account management teams to generate leads and capture demand in existing & prospect accounts
o Facilitate client workshops to showcase innovative ideas & collaborate with IT and business teams to redefine processes using new technologies
o Own the P&L of the China region – identify areas to grow topline while managing cost efficiently
o Oversee project deliveries and manage any related client expectations/escalations
o Work with partner organizations to identify potential areas of growth and generate new business
o Support creation of point of views, thought leadership articles, solution accelerators and other assets
