Responsibilities:
? Responsible for Java design, coding and testing
? Write the design document
? Write the testing reports
? Do any other tasks that assigned by the leader

Qualification:
? Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or related fields. 3+ years of Java development experience
? Familiar with J2EE and OO design methodologies, familiar with open source frameworks like Struts, Hibernate, Spring, myBatis..etc.. Familiar with WebService
? Familiar with web app server configuration and deployment like Tomcat(or JBoss), Webligic or WebSphere
? Have good knowledge of Java, Have good understanding of multiple threads, data structure and the other basic concepts of software development
? Familiar with the development of Mysql and Oracle database
? Familiar with WEB page development technologies, familiar with JavaScript, JQUERY, CSS, DHTML. Familiar with the differences between the main browsers, can effectively develop the WEB pages which can compatible with all the main browsers
? Have good habits of programing, have good capability of documentation and management
? Familiar with work flow, rule engine, message middle layer and communication implementation is a plus
? Familiar with small loan business or P2P business is a plus
