职位描述

Responsibilities:
A. Responsible for customers’ financial tasks.
B. Firmly execute “Accounting Law” and related laws and regulations.
C. According the company’s financial regulation, make suitable accounting evidences.
D. When the book keeping and numbers are correct, have to check related dept. for face to face checking.
E. Responsible for all the VAT invoices request and buying.
F. Use invoices correctly within the power of delegation. Make good record of booking keeping business.
G. Responsible for account receivables and bank transfers, make good analysis for AR aging analysis. If there is anything susceptive, should warn the related department to take measurements.
H. Preparing financial analysis reports, conducting rolling forecast and revealing problems in business in each subsidiaries and solving them
I. Making plans for some customers in the area of office profit and loss, cash flow and asset management; submitting the plans to the management team to approve and get them implemented.
J. Making business models and tax, legal compliance program.
K. Making financial authority and financial management systems.
L. According to the company requirements, do financing and maintaining good relationships with banks and relevant government organs.
M. Coordinating accounting and financial management for major projects forsome customers.
N. Revealing financial risk in some customers and making recommendations for improvement
O. Month end internal financial report preparation & reports per customers’demands.
P. Month end external financial report preparation.
Q. Prepare monthly statements and perform reconciliations.
R. Contribute to the process of ensuring that data is entered in time and correct in the accounting system by co developing procedures and instructions to employees.
S. Management of BJ office employees.
T. Responsible for the communication with customers as person in charge of BJ office.
U. Responsible for the coordination of each department for BJ office operation.
V. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
